If this stage is successful, you will have an interview with the hiring manager. **What does a day look like as a LATAM Customs Manager at L’Oréal?** You will play a key role in ensuring customs compliance and optimizing processes across the region. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams, the Global Customs team, and transportation heads in the countries of the region, you will have the autonomy to lead high-impact initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: * **Customs Compliance**: Oversee adherence to Group customs procedures and regulations, ensuring data accuracy and quality of declarations. * **Optimization**: Help optimize customs organizations, including processes, customs brokers, and standard criteria. * **KPI Management**: Consolidate KPIs and dashboards for Customs in our region, ensuring alignment with Group standards. * **Risk Management**: Manage customs audits, disputes, and relationships with local customs authorities. * **Cost Monitoring**: Monitor customs costs, including tariffs and fees, and manage customs broker activities and KPIs. * **Data Control**: Ensure accuracy of customs data, including HS codes and origin. **What We’re Looking For** You are a strong candidate if you have: * 8 to 10 years of experience in customs, with international knowledge. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. * Fluency in Spanish and English. * Advanced knowledge of SAP and customs software. * Strong skills in compliance management, data analysis, process optimization, stakeholder management, and risk management. **What’s In It For You?** * A place where you can step out of your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you’ll be encouraged to try new things and take risks). * Real responsibility from day one; at L’Oréal, there are no spectators. * An environment where people of all ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, religions, genders, and sexual orientations, as well as people with disabilities, are accepted, can express themselves, thrive, and are celebrated. * A place where you can contribute to something bigger.
