Professional growth **A Recognized Accounting Firm** is looking for a **Billing Assistant** to join its team. **Location:** Near the **División del Norte** metro station, CDMX **Schedule:** Full-time (Monday to Thursday), short Friday **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields (intern or graduate) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. **Knowledge:** * Electronic invoicing 4.0. * Contpaqi Accounting and Commercial software. * Intermediate–advanced Excel. * Knowledge of tax requirements related to customer invoicing. * Treasury management. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support in preparing and controlling electronic invoices and payment complements * Manage accounts receivable, monitor balances, and follow up on pending payments * Support timely tracking of priorities defined by the department head * Treasury management, payment processing * Experience with HSBC electronic banking (preferred) * Customer portfolio cleanup * Prepare billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable reports * Organize customer invoice files * Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations * Customer service and follow-up **We Offer:** * Gross salary of $11,000 to $13,000, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS registration * 10% additional food vouchers * Savings fund * Hybrid schedule (HO: 2 days per week starting from the third month) * Short Friday * Continuous training courses during working hours * English classes during working hours * Professional growth * 30-day year-end bonus * 30% vacation premium Join our team and grow with us!
