Job stability **ACHEME is seeking a Billing Analyst in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Billing Analyst Do you have experience in treasury, electronic invoicing, and financial-administrative control? We are looking for a Billing Analyst with an analytical focus, strong organizational skills, and operational proficiency in key financial area processes. REQUIREMENTS Availability during month-end closings (15th and 30th) Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in similar roles within treasury or billing departments RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and monitor electronic invoicing Calculate VAT, subtotal, bank payments, and percentages Prepare payment complements Cash flow management Bank statement reconciliations Bank account control Banxico platform management Execute payments across various banking platforms Schedule and execute payments Perform bank reconciliations and track movements Knowledge of invoices, PPD, PUE, complements, petty cash Review fiscal and administrative documentation to ensure proper integration Support activities related to closings and financial control.
