Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a highly positive attitude to manage affiliate enrollment transactions and employer-employee contributions. Key Highlights: 1. Manages affiliate enrollment transactions and determines employer-employee contributions. 2. Conducts reconciliations, conciliations, and administration of the Virtual Desktop. 3. Therefore, we seek a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a highly positive attitude to integrate into our team. **WHAT DO YOU NEED?:** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. · Minimum 4 years’ experience with IMSS, SUA, and IDSE. · Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Affiliate Enrollment Management: Execution and control of registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications in IDSE, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines. · Employer\-Employee Contribution Determination: Monthly and bimonthly calculation of contributions (IMSS, RCV, and INFONAVIT) via SUA, ensuring correct application of UMA, UMI, and discount factors. · Reconciliations and Conciliations: Audit between IMSS issuances (EMA/EBA) and SUA to eliminate discrepancies, avoiding fines, surcharges, or unnecessary requirements. · Virtual Desktop and IMSS Inbox Administration: Control over legal personality of employer registrations and timely response to official notifications. · INFONAVIT Management: Administration of withholding notices, credit modification and suspension notices, as well as monitoring via the Business Portal platform. · Annual Compliance: Determination and submission of the Work Risk Premium and maintenance of a favorable Compliance Opinion. · Handling of Disability Claims. **WE OFFER:** · Net monthly salary of $15k · Statutory benefits · Working schedule from Monday to Friday · 10 paid leave days per year · Training · Hybrid work arrangement Apply through this channel and join our team.
