We want you to join our team as a Project Leader!** Civil Engineering Knowledge of regulations and ability to develop designs compliant with Mexican and American standards. Intermediate/advanced English TOEFL or CAMBRIDGE certification preferred Civil 3D design and modeling (intermediate-advanced) Design compliant with American standards such as AASHTO (optional) Experience managing and operating information management platforms like CDE BIM (e.g., Autodesk/BIM360 Docs.) Basic Subassembly Composer proficiency Familiarity with Autodesk Infraworks and Navisworks Knowledge of IFC export Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project planning platforms Knowledge of project management and administration using PMI and LEAN methodologies Willingness to travel to project sites **Requirements:** --------------- More than 5 years leading multidisciplinary projects for roadways and urban development Planning of infrastructure studies and projects Technical and financial management of assigned projects Client progress reporting and monitoring of work schedules Development of methodologies and budgets Cost estimation and client billing follow-up Geometric design of roadways, urban roads, intersections, and bridges (corridors, platforms, urban design), applying Civil3D: geometric and construction layouts, longitudinal profile design, construction section drawings, etc., in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Coordination with on-site and remote project teams Preparation and/or review of topographic models and point cloud processing Programming of construction sections in Subassembly Composer (Civil3D), earthwork calculations, and volume reporting Support in developing construction drawings, reports, cost estimates, and specifications. Coordination with key personnel across disciplines (e.g., traffic, drainage, structures) as required during project development. Analysis of earthwork platforms for industrial warehouses.
