




**Job Description:** Mission: Maintain accurate and sound records within the accounting department, and provide support with the preparation of financial statements under NIF's and IFRS. Properly follow up on external and internal audits to ensure they are completed on time and as planned. Address various requirements from fiscal authorities, including basic ones like electronic accounting, filing of ISSIF, and providing data for informational returns. Responsibilities: Preparation of financial statements. * P\&L and BS variance analysis. * Preparation and/or review of the monthly revaluation process. * Managing, coordinating, and following up on external audits and requirements. * Managing, coordinating, and following up on internal audits. * Responsible for electronic accounting. * Knowledge of IFRS and NIF's. * Supervise the payment process to increase efficiency and reduce time and cost. * Supervise the accounting entries for expenses and invoices from domestic, international, and intercompany suppliers for the Group's various companies. * Supervise the invoicing process, client debt recovery, and estimation for bad debt. * Supervise the monthly and annual submission of statistical data to INEGI. * Supervise the process of employee travel expense reimbursements. * Up\-to\-date on tax regulations. * Reporting the Balance Sheet to the Parent Company.
