Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage documentation, coordinate routes, and monitor units within a transportation sector powered by renewable energy. Key Highlights: 1. Seeking a Logistics Assistant to work with a major renewable energy–powered transportation sector. Requirements Completed high school diploma / Technical Superior University degree (TSU) in logistics or related field. Knowledge of logistics processes (control tower, dispatch, monitoring, or traffic). Desirable but not mandatory (bill of lading preparation, GPS tracking platforms, interaction with fifth-wheel operators, document control). Availability for rotating shifts. Residence near Tláhuac or no commuting constraints.  Main Activities Recover documentation for trips and/or services and maintain its safekeeping. Control product inflows and outflows. Support route and delivery coordination. Record movements in administrative and logistics systems (ERP/Excel, etc.). Register unit and operator inflows and outflows. Support unit monitoring. Maintain constant communication with operators and/or warehouse drivers en route. Report incidents regarding any deviation from the planned route, delays, accidents, or unit breakdowns, and generate reports. Request PPE for operators and warehouse drivers. Generate required reports related to the role. Comply with quality management system requirements.
