Job Summary: The Bank Teller ensures excellent customer service, performing transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently—both at the counter and via mobile banking. Key Highlights: 1. BANK TELLER ACTIVITIES Ensure customers receive excellent service by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile banking unit quickly, courteously, and error-free. Execute commission-based business transactions as well as social programs. Verify joint signatures when cashing a cashier's check. Properly stamp checks upon receipt and rejection. Deliver the best physical customer experience: fast, friendly, and error-free.
