Organize, secure, and manage all accounting books, files, cash, and cash equivalents in compliance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records in journals, ledgers, and/or on computer systems. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and tables. Carry out closing procedures and prepare end-of-period reports as instructed. Prepare, verify, reconcile, and issue memos, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Comply with all brand policies and procedures; ensure a clean and complete work uniform is worn; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while on duty; respect confidentiality when sharing brand and/or hotel-related information; protect all company assets; safeguard the privacy and security of guests and colleagues. Respond to customer needs in a professional, positive, and prompt manner. Use clear and professional language in all communications; prepare and proofread written documents accurately and thoroughly; answer phone calls and emails using appropriate language. Move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently. Build positive and constructive working relationships with peers; collaborate and support each other to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns.
