As an intern, you’ll actively participate in creating creative and relevant content, writing copy, monitoring platforms, and supporting digital campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok — all within a multicultural, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment. **What will you do during your training period?** This program is designed as a professional learning experience in a real-world work environment — focused on skill development, active observation, and guided practice — **without constituting formal employment or carrying responsibilities typical of a permanent position**. * Support social media monitoring (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), identifying interactions, trends, mentions, and content opportunities. * Collaborate on scheduling and publishing posts aligned with communication goals and brand positioning. * Participate in writing and adapting creative copy for various digital platforms, respecting Sistema.bio’s tone and style. * Contribute to creating visual and audiovisual content for social media, including reels, short videos, stories, and digital assets — coordinated with the design team. * Support the growth and development of Sistema.bio’s TikTok account, participating in idea generation, trend identification, and message adaptation to platform-specific formats. * Assist with activities related to digital campaigns and tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads. * Participate in creative proposals for organic content, thematic campaigns, and digital initiatives. * Collaborate on preparing basic reports of social media metrics and performance indicators. **This is an unpaid, professional training internship focused on learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience. It does not constitute formal employment nor carry responsibilities typical of a permanent role. The internship duration is 3–6 months, aligned with each educational institution’s requirements for professional internship approval.** **More about you:** We seek students majoring in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related fields — with interest in growing within digital marketing and purpose-driven communication.
