This position is for you! What will you do? * Analyze market trends in construction, glass, and architectural façades. * Execute outbound strategies by initiating contact with potential customers via cold calls, email outreach, and managing commercial territory routes. * Identify business opportunities and new projects, as well as follow up on leads generated through various channels—including our website and those provided by glass manufacturers. * Study competitors (pricing, positioning, and strategies) and generate competitor analyses within the sector. * Analyze sales, customer, and project data. * Generate reports and KPIs to support decision-making. * Support planning for expansion and new product development. We are looking for someone who: * Holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Has 1–3 years of experience in market or data analysis. * Is proficient in advanced Excel. * Is analytical, curious, and results-oriented. * Can easily interpret information and translate it into actionable strategies. * Is passionate about market analysis in glass and architectural façades. * Experience in construction, glass, aluminum, or business consulting is a plus.
