**CONSULTE**, a leading Geotechnical studies company of **Grupo SACMAG**, is seeking a **Field Supervisor** to join its team. **Requirements:** **Education:** Construction Technician or completed High School **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions. **Required Skills:** * Manual transmission vehicle operation (mandatory). * Decision-making. * Resource management (human and material). * Leadership. **Knowledge development in:** Drilling tools and equipment, field instrumentation, SCT exploration and sampling methods (MMP), ASTM standards, NMX standards. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate logistics for the movement of crews under supervision. * Report progress of crews under supervision. * Package and ship samples to the laboratory. * Organize, safeguard, and deliver records generated during exploration. * Manage crew resources. * Verify expenses. * Safeguard equipment, tools, and supplies provided by the warehouse. * Complete field logs. **Desired Software:** Office Suite **We Offer:** · Competitive salary with direct employment through the company · Statutory benefits and life insurance. · Training and development opportunities.
