Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative\-medicine **We are seeking top talent for the Packaging Engineer position located in Puebla.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate material specifications and update related documents arising from creation. * Manage official packaging lists. * Generate material layout formats. * Submit Change Requests (MEWS / SAP) for creation and obsolescence of packaging material codes. * Coordinate and execute packaging material functionality testing and generate reports. * Approve Plant Artwork Creation processes (ePackmat / ArcTiC). * Generate isometric studies (Cape Pack). * Timely follow-up on quality records derived from executed studies or processes, or those identified as root cause for any of the processes under your responsibility. * Create and coordinate Change Control activities in accordance with your assigned processes. * Ensure consistent and standardized project management development and implementation for all initiatives assigned to the Technical Operations area. * Provide technical support for investigations and/or CAPAs related to your assigned processes or projects. * Participate in and propose improvement projects aligned with corporate and internal standards, as well as projects aimed at increasing compliance with quality and EHSS regulations. * Provide required information during regulatory, internal, and external audits conducted in the Technical Operations area. * Select applicable tactics and tools from a scientific and engineering perspective, aligned with organizational quality and safety requirements. * Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining communication, assertiveness, proactivity, innovation, and engagement in all assigned activities. **Qualifications / Requirements:** * Education: B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * English language proficiency: Intermediate * Experience: 1–2 years in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries, working in engineering and/or packaging areas. * Software proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Minitab, SAP (desirable). * Regulatory experience: NOM\-059\-SSA1, NOM\-073\-SSA1, 21 CFR 211 * Pharmaceutical technology (manufacturing of solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms) * Packaging technology (primary and secondary filling) * Intermediate/advanced Minitab usage * Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Analysis, and Design of Experiments training * Project management * Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Analysis, and Design of Experiments training **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:**
