Basic Preparations: Assist in preparing sauces, side dishes, and salads. Cleaning and Disinfection: Maintain work areas, utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces in optimal hygienic condition during and after service. Stock Management: Receive supplier orders, verify product quality, and properly organize storage in refrigerated rooms and pantries. Service Support: Assist in plating and ensure dishes are served on time according to the establishment's quality standards. Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. · Other Requirements: Experience: Prior experience in high-volume kitchens or restaurants is preferred. Education: Food Handler Certification (mandatory). Training from hospitality or culinary schools is a plus. Attitude: Proactive individual capable of working under pressure and collaboratively in a team. Physical Skills: Stamina to stand for extended periods and agility in movement. Flexibility: Availability to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays. Speed and Efficiency: Ability to perform repetitive tasks swiftly without compromising quality.
