Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional/Manual QA professional with an analytical mindset to ensure product quality, identify risks, and propose improvements within an agile team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Functional/Manual QA professional with an analytical mindset and foundational technical skills to join our agile team. You will work in constant collaboration with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure product quality, identify risks, and propose improvements. Ideal profile for candidates seeking growth into technical testing (APIs and Automation). Responsibilities: *Analyze user stories, design test cases, and validate acceptance criteria. *Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests. *Validate end-to-end flows and integration tests. *Report and track defects across development, QA, and production environments. Requirements: -Experience with functional and integration testing methodologies. -Proficiency in Jira (or equivalent tools) for incident management. -Basic understanding of REST APIs (using Postman). -Basic knowledge of SQL queries and log reading. -Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and effective communication. Desirable: Introductory knowledge of automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium). Experience with financial products, digital onboarding, or integrations.
