Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Payroll Coordinator to lead the execution of payroll processes and accounting control. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and comprehensive supervision of the payroll process 2. Administration and updating of the employee database 3. Compliance with tax and labor obligations related to payroll We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator with proven experience, who is organized and results-oriented, to lead and ensure the accurate execution of payroll and accounting control processes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree holder). • Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll coordination or administration. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, databases). • Experience in managing and administering databases. • Knowledge and handling of accounting databases. • Familiarity with labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. • High sense of confidentiality and responsibility. Main Responsibilities: • Coordination and supervision of the end-to-end payroll process. • Control and validation of payroll incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, overtime). • Generation of financial and administrative reports. • Administration and updating of the employee database. • Integration and reconciliation of payroll-related accounting information. • Compliance with tax and labor obligations related to payroll.
