Your Challenge in This Role: As Inventory Analyst, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the integrity of our information. Your mission is to guarantee that what the system (SAP) records matches physical reality exactly. You will not only perform counts—you will lead the internal audit strategy, investigate discrepancies, and serve as the technical voice ensuring robust operations for the Picking and Sales departments. Key Responsibilities: Count Control: Execute and supervise the finished goods inventory audit plan. Discrepancy Analysis: Identify root causes of differences between system and physical counts. Reconcile movements and ensure data accuracy. Reporting: Generate inventory accuracy reports to support managerial decision-making. Operational Synergy: Maintain constant communication with Picking, Shipping, and Order Management to ensure continuity of the logistics flow. Optimization: Ensure correct physical placement of materials to maximize operational speed. What We Need From You: SAP Proficiency: Solid experience with the Materials Management (MM) and Inventory modules. Strategic Excel Skills: Ability to handle databases, pivot tables, and formulas for information analysis. Education: Completed high school diploma (minimum). Profile: Strong logical-mathematical reasoning, autonomy, and results orientation.
