




Position Objective The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in talent attraction, selection, and retention, as well as in the interpretation and analysis of psychometric tests to support hiring decisions. This position ensures the effective implementation of human resources policies, guarantees compliance with regulations, and contributes to the development of the company's human capital. **Main Responsibilities and Functions** **1\. Recruitment and Selection**: * Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. * Post job openings on various platforms and manage received applications. * Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with relevant departments. * Manage and update the candidate database. **2\. Interpretation of Psychometric Tests:** * Administer and supervise the application of psychometric tests to candidates. * Interpret psychometric test results and prepare detailed reports. * Use test outcomes to make informed decisions regarding candidate suitability for open positions. **3\. Development of Human Resources Policies:** * Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. **4\.
