Analysis and Customer Service Department Reports to: Head of Technical Department Perform diagnosis, analysis, and repair of electronic equipment using specialized soldering, ensuring technical quality and delivering clear, professional customer service. Responsibilities: Technical diagnosis of electronic failures. Repair using precision soldering. Root cause analysis. Preparation of technical reports in Excel. Customer service and follow-up. Post-repair quality control. Performance Indicators (KPIs): Average diagnosis time. Percentage of equipment successfully repaired. Customer satisfaction. Accuracy of technical reports. *Technical Competencies: Advanced soldering. Interpretation of schematics. Use of measurement tools. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel.
