You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting critical infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity of our server and storage services. **Basic Requirements (Candidate Profile)** * **Education:** Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Telematics (**Degree certificate is mandatory**). * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar positions. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel and work from 9:00 to 18:00 hours. **Required Technical Knowledge** * **Servers:** Installation and troubleshooting of Intel/AMD hardware and Linux/Windows operating systems. * **Virtualization:** Intermediate proficiency in VMware, Hyper\-V, or KVM. * **Storage:** Management of SAN/NAS solutions (HP preferred). * **Networking:** Intermediate knowledge of connectivity and protocols. * **Desirable:** Knowledge of Azure (Cloud), SQL databases, and CCTV/access control systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement server and storage hardware and software in enterprise projects. * Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for specialty technologies. * Generate detailed technical documentation: Technical reports, work plans, and check\-lists. * Train support engineers and internal/external customers. * Maintain vendor-required certifications according to position level. Salary: $16,078\.90 \- $19,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
