Opportunity to manage end-to-end IT infrastructure ***Job Description:*** A company with a presence across multiple locations is looking for a technical, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented professional to join as an IT Coordinator. The candidate must ensure that all technology infrastructure (networks, equipment, and systems) operates without interruption, providing both on-site and remote support. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related field (preferred). * 2–3 years of experience in technical support and hardware/software maintenance. * Installation of networks, security cameras, servers, and access control systems. * Fault diagnosis, use of ticketing tools, and support across multiple branches. * Basic technical English (manual reading). * Willingness to travel to different branches when on-site support is required. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Resolve hardware and software incidents for internal users, both on-site and remotely. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for computers, printers, networks, and camera circuits. * Configure and monitor errors in operating systems and the company’s digital platforms. * Register, label, and maintain an up-to-date database of technological assets. * Perform data backups and apply basic cybersecurity protocols. ***OFFERING*** * Direct employment contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability within an organization with established processes. * Opportunity to manage comprehensive technology infrastructure (from servers to biometric systems).
