This is your opportunity to join our team as: **Payroll Analyst** What will you do with us? * Execute the full payroll process (weekly/bi-weekly) from start to finish. * Calculate severance payments, final settlements, vacation bonuses, year-end bonuses (aguinaldos), and profit-sharing (PTU). * Manage personnel changes (hires, terminations, salary adjustments). * Determine and remit payroll-related taxes and contributions (Income Tax - ISR, IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions, FONACOT loans). * Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding their payments and deductions. * Ensure proper electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts. Essential Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years of experience in payroll administration. * Software: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and mastery of at least one payroll ERP system; SUPERNOMINA is preferred. * Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law.
