Solid knowledge of networks, servers, technical support, maintenance (preventive and corrective), NAS, Office 365 administration, equipment inventory, and CCTV. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for the company's technological infrastructure, including administration and maintenance of networks, servers, and computing equipment (Windows and Mac). You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage users in Active Directory and Office 365, and oversee equipment control and inventory. Additionally, you will participate in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, structured cabling, network equipment (switches, routers, and WiFi), and point-of-sale devices. You will assist in storage management (NAS) and enterprise application support, ensuring operational continuity and proper system functionality. As part of your responsibilities, you must provide direct assistance to VIP users, including executive staff, ensuring priority, efficient, and high-quality service. We Offer: Competitive salary.
