Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, execute, and monitor initial and ongoing training programs for call center staff, ensuring compliance with established processes and quality standards. Excellent work environment We are looking for a **Training Coordinator** with experience in **call centers or customer service operations**, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring **initial and ongoing training programs**, ensuring operational teams comply with established processes, metrics, and quality standards.
