Essential Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree in Optometry** (graduated or within 4 months of graduation) * **Technicians and incomplete degrees will not be considered** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as an optometrist in optical retail or similar settings * Solid knowledge of: * Comprehensive vision examinations and ocular health assessment * Operation of state-of-the-art digital optical equipment (**ZEISS, Essilor, etc.**) * Lens brands, frames, laboratories, and optical technology * Interest in **consultative sales** and participation in visual health campaigns * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and service orientation * Professional appearance * Availability to attend visual health campaigns in Mexico City, State of Mexico, and nearby states * Important: **We are a premium optical store, not a clinic.** Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive vision examinations and assess ocular health * Operate advanced ZEISS optical technology * Prescribe customized vision corrections and visual solutions * Advise patients on visual hygiene, optical products, and solutions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records * Perform consultative sales of lenses and frames * Participate in external visual health campaigns as scheduled We Offer: * **Starting base salary:** $11,000 gross monthly * **Monthly attendance bonus:** $2,000 * **Monthly performance bonus:** $3,000 * **Salary increases** in the short and medium term * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS contributions * **Ongoing training** in optical products, sales techniques, and optical technology (including ZEISS technology) * Life insurance * Annual lens allowance of **$3,000** + preferential discounts * Complimentary uniforms * **Work location:** Torre Carracci — near MB Félix Cuevas (Line 1) **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Days off:** Sundays and alternating Saturdays Are you interested in joining a **ZEISS Vision Center** and growing your career in a premium optical environment?
