With **your talent**, we will continue expanding our impact and solidifying our position as **healthcare leaders in Latin America**. **Join our mission and apply for the position of:** **Key Account Manager – AFFINITY Line** Location: **Mexico City** **Position Purpose:** Develop, acquire, activate, and scale strategic Affinity and Sponsor partnerships for the commercialization of the Oncosalud product, integrating Auna into corporate ecosystems, digital platforms, banking institutions, brokers, hospitals, retailers, and companies seeking to offer differentiated health benefits to their user base. The Affinity KAM leads the B2B2C channel’s growth strategy through embedded, co-branded, and affinity-based distribution models. Acting as a strategic consultant, commercial architect, and owner of the new partner pipeline, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure rapid integrations, flawless onboarding, and strong commercial performance within the first 90 days of each partner’s launch. The role combines business development skills, high-level negotiation, commercial proposal design, and operational coordination to accelerate go-to-market execution with each alliance. **Responsibilities:** 1. Expand the network of Affinity and Sponsor partners that incorporate AUNA products into their portfolios or digital ecosystems. 2. Ensure each partner generates sales within the first 30–60 days following activation. 3. Ensure each partner generates sales within the first 30–60 days following activation. 4. Coordinate joint initiatives with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.) to guarantee successful implementation of alliance projects. 5. Position Auna as the benchmark for embedded and preventive health solutions in Mexico. 6.
