




Job Summary: Service Technician responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of pneumatic equipment, ensuring work quality and compliance with safety measures. Key Highlights: 1. Perform maintenance tasks with quality and cleanliness in the work area. 2. Continuous training and medical examinations for professional development. 3. Detailed service reporting to customers via electronic tablet. Responsibilities \- Attend field services punctually and without fail, on scheduled dates and times.\- Comply with all safety and hygiene measures at customer facilities and at company facilities. \- Perform tasks with quality. \- Always keep the work area clean and orderly at customer facilities and at company facilities. \- Undergo medical examinations mandated by the company and/or customers. \- Complete all training courses specified by the company and/or customer. \- Submit the service report to the customer without fail via electronic tablet, which must include the customer’s general information, description of work performed, before/during/after photographs of the work, the customer’s confirmation signature, and the service technician’s signature (per procedure). \- Under no circumstances leave company or customer facilities during working hours. \- Report arrival at customer facilities for field work, and again before leaving customer facilities, as the Service Technical Supervisor and/or Technical Service Manager must approve departure. \- Prepare tools, inspect spare parts, and review the previous equipment report prior to each service, per the service schedule. \- Request service-related expenses from the service coordination team. \- Submit expense receipts on time and in proper form. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) * Tools / Equipment / Software: Hand, pneumatic, and electric tools. Measuring instruments (metrology). Mobile phone operation and internet navigation for portals. * Minimum 1 year of experience in hazardous energy control DC\-3 (preferred). **1\-5 years as a service technician performing preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic equipment (primarily compressors and blowers).** * Basic English proficiency. * Valid driver’s license.
