Position: Operations Management Location: Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico Industrial food sector company We seek a professional with experience in plant operations management and strategic leadership to direct and optimize plant operational processes, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with food quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Management, organization, and control of plant operational areas * Identification of opportunities for improvement and continuous improvement initiatives * Process and supply chain optimization * Supervision and control of operational and production documentation * Production planning management to meet demand * Implementation of improvements, automation, and infrastructure upgrades * Preventive and predictive maintenance management * Team leadership, motivation, and development Experience in: * Knowledge of fluid milk and raw materials for cheese manufacturing * Techniques for optimizing time, motion, and productivity * Production planning: Supply chain management, raw material inventory control (milk, ingredients, packaging), and finished goods management * KPI management: Monitoring of key performance indicators * Industrial maintenance: Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management * Project management Requirements: * Age: 35 to 50 years * Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field * Postgraduate degree preferred * Experience in operations within the industrial food sector * Leadership, strategic orientation, and results-driven mindset We offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Superior benefits * Job stability and professional development Interested candidates should apply via this channel with CV and updated phone number Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
