Additionally, they will verify and ensure optimal product performance and reliability. **Description for internal candidates** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Develop technical documentation for the region (LATAM) in accordance with Product Line guidelines. Coordinate regional activities and provide necessary documentation to support the CO (Engineering Change) process. Assist the manufacturing team in regionalizing products per Product Line guidelines. Work with the service team on field cases and incidents. Occasionally support the Applications Engineering team by providing relevant documentation. Follow established testing methodology, processes, and procedures. Ensure accuracy and consistency of test documentation. Analyze specific applications, providing active support and service. Promote and maintain the highest possible level of teamwork and collaboration. **REQUIREMENTS** Excellent planning and communication skills are required. Knowledge of mechanical components. Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and its processes. Ability to communicate effectively both with employees within the region (LATAM) and those in other regions. Strong command of the English language. Willingness to travel globally for meetings and testing. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered based on specific skill sets.
