Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role while performing the following activities. *Operations*: + Implement and operate perimeter security platforms to ensure the availability and continuity of mission-critical infrastructure. + Ensure effective handling of change controls and critical production incidents. + Analyze, propose, and implement rules and policies—aligned with standards and guidelines—to guarantee network protection in coordination with related areas such as Development and Infrastructure. + Manage operational monitoring and operational continuity, including availability, capacity, events, performance, and compliance. + Ensure infrastructure operation, hygiene, and cyber resilience by performing tasks such as health monitoring, rulebase review, hardening, backups, high availability, and event monitoring. *Vendor Management*: + Effectively and efficiently manage vendors providing infrastructure-related services. + Measure, report, and collaborate on improving service levels delivered by these vendors. *Continuous Improvement*: + Propose and address improvements in infrastructure management and operations, including automation, standardization, policy optimization, reduction of MTTA/MTTR, and change execution time. *Evaluation*: + Participate and collaborate in the evaluation and review of new architectures. + Participate and collaborate in the preparation, execution, and closure of infrastructure-related technology tenders. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering/Technologies, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields. * Skills and competencies such as: + Collaborative work with other IT areas such as Development and Infrastructure. + Management of relationships with authorized manufacturers and distributors. * Minimum 3 years of experience operating the requested technologies. * Training and/or certifications in Akamai WAF/Prolexic, Cloudflare, and F5 WAF (desirable). * Desired knowledge of ecosystem technologies such as Gigamon and Cisco switches. * Complementary knowledge in Networking, Telecommunications, and DNS. * Knowledge and experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. * English: Intermediate. * Willingness to travel: CDMX / Querétaro / Monterrey * Willingness to relocate: N/A *At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
