Education: minimum completed secondary school Knowledge: general maintenance: plumbing, electricity, finishes, locksmithing, emergency power plant, UPS (preventive) Experience in property maintenance. Activities and Objectives Preventive and corrective maintenance of properties Tracking of work plans and logbooks Providing responses to customer requests.
