This position is key to supporting business growth and leading technology improvement and transformation initiatives. **Location:** Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Fixed rest days: Saturday and Sunday ### **Required Profile** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field. * Proven experience in systems administration, networking, and technical support. * Knowledge of Neodata and AutoCAD. * Experience in designing, implementing, and improving internal systems and software tools, preferably in industrial or furniture manufacturing environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and collaborative platforms. * Willingness to travel as required by technology projects. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the Systems department, aligning technology with business objectives. * Design, implement, and manage the company’s technological infrastructure. * Ensure timely and efficient technical support for internal users. * Manage, back up, and protect information and databases. * Ensure operational continuity and security of computer systems. * Evaluate and integrate new technologies that optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. ### **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $25,000 to $30,000, negotiable based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. * Active participation in strategic technology improvement projects.
