Job Objective: Business requirement analysis, documentation, execution, and project follow-up Each day, you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Timely project tracking and internal project management * Preparation of executive presentations * Monitoring team adherence to timelines * Project progress and/or status reporting * Risk identification and mitigation * Interaction with Architecture, Development, and QA teams * Process analysis, creation, and/or updating * Construction of process diagrams * Requirements understanding sessions * Daily activity reporting Requirements: * Professional education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred (other degrees accepted if completed). * Years of experience: 3 to 5 years (mandatory) * Areas of expertise: Knowledge of Bizagi, Visio, and Project (mandatory), project tracking (mandatory), process logic (mandatory), business process analysis (mandatory), BPMN standard proficiency (AS\-IS and TO\-BE diagrams) (mandatory), process improvement proposals / reengineering (preferred), experience in project management and project lifecycle (mandatory). * Languages: Spanish * Willingness to travel: NO * Willingness to relocate: YES At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
