REQUIREMENTS: \- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Medical-Biological Sciences, or Technical or Higher Technical University education. \- PROFESSIONAL DEGREE (Mandatory) \- PROFESSIONAL LICENSE (in process, verifiable) \- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quality Management Systems \- Proficiency in handling teaching materials \- Adherence to standards and policies; analytical, organizational, and planning skills; service-oriented attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Conduct root cause analysis of processes \- Support customer audits \- Generate quality management system (QMS) indicators \- Review, track, and close audit findings \- Assist in responding to customer audit reports WE OFFER: \- Monthly gross salary of $13,400 MXN. \- Annual bonuses, cafeteria service, psychological services, and grocery vouchers. \- Statutory benefits \- Direct employment with the company \- 100% IMSS registration \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Location: Ampliación Casas Alemán, GAM Borough.
