Avimex® holds a significant share of the Mexican market and is dedicated to preventing and improving the health and productivity of animals destined for human consumption, with a primary focus on poultry farming, swine farming, cattle farming, and aquaculture… we are seeking your talent as a **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER** **Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or related field)** (Degree required) Work location: Iztapalapa **Essential Knowledge:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Quality Management System Production processes at veterinary pharmaceutical plants. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. **Responsibilities:** * Implement improvements by identifying and eliminating or reducing waste in supply chain-related processes. * Train staff across various departments where improvements are implemented, using tools such as SIPOC mapping, Swimlane mapping, root cause analysis, among others. * Define performance indicators for optimized processes. * Guide work teams in updating, modifying, or implementing procedures or work instructions. * Participate in case-specific analyses and propose improvement actions. **We Offer:** Base salary of $15,000 monthly (gross) Statutory benefits from day one Direct employment contract with the company Punctuality and Attendance Bonus Major Medical Expense Insurance 13% Savings Fund contribution * **Interested candidates who meet the profile and salary expectations are invited to apply through this channel.**
