Position Summary: We are seeking a CNC machine operator with experience in laser cutting to ensure precision and optimization in the manufacturing of stainless steel medical furniture. Performing basic preventive maintenance and working collaboratively ***Job Description*** We are looking for a candidate experienced in operating CNC machinery to execute precise laser cutting processes, following technical drawings, tolerances, and quality standards. The primary responsibility is to ensure accurate cuts, optimize material usage, and meet **established production schedules for manufacturing stainless steel medical instruments and furniture.** ***Main Responsibilities*** * Prepare materials according to production orders. * Configure CNC laser equipment parameters per technical specifications. * Interpret drawings, dimensions, and required tolerances. * Load, align, and properly secure material onto the cutting table. * Execute cutting programs according to established settings. * Make minor program adjustments as required by the process. * Verify dimensional and visual quality of cut parts. * Record daily production output, cycle times, and observations. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment (cleaning, minor calibrations). * Comply with industrial safety standards and Quality Management System guidelines. * Coordinate with bending, welding, and quality control departments to ensure efficient workflow. * Report any failures, deviations, or anomalies detected during the process. ***Position Profile*** * **Education:** Completed secondary school (minimum). *Preferred:* Industrial Technician, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years operating CNC machines, preferably laser. **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading engineering drawings and symbols. * Metalworking processes. * CNC laser cutting parameters. * Use of calipers, squares, and measuring tools. **Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Discipline, organization, and quality focus. **We Offer** * Job stability. * A professional and safe work environment. **Employment Type** Full-time. **Work Location** Plant 1 – Iztapalapa. **Important:** This vacancy complies with the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination.
