Position:**Operations Executive** Work Location: Actipan Neighborhood, Benito Juárez, CDMX (Near Plaza Galerias Insurgentes) Schedule: * Mon\-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Experience: * 3 years in a similar position Responsibilities: * Serve as a logistics intermediary between customers and maritime, land, and air transportation companies, facilitating import and export activities. * Plan cargo transportation using the most efficient and cost\-effective domestic and international transportation methods according to customer requirements. * Optimize transportation: reduce costs, delivery timelines, and delivery routes. * Understand customs documentation and Incoterms required to comply with origin and destination country regulations. * Support supervisors in various logistics projects and processes by performing administrative and operational tasks. * Provide recommendations regarding costs and routes. * Monitor and track customer shipments from origin to final delivery. * Ensure all services rendered are properly invoiced to the customer. * Manage and plan procurement, production, transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
