




We are a company dedicated to providing Information Technology (IT) services and are looking to integrate into our team a person with strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a focus on operational follow-up, who will support the proper handling of our services. **Main Responsibilities** Continuously monitor the ticketing tool, downloading new services and maintaining control over them. Assign services to field engineers based on response times, resolution timelines, and coverage areas. Directly follow up with field engineers, validating progress, documenting on-site situations, and requesting evidence for ticket closure. Support project scheduling by leveraging available time slots between tickets. Track package deliveries, ensuring materials arrive on time for ticket and project support. Assist in managing payroll incidents and verifying field staff travel allowances. **Required Profile** Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in administrative, IT, or related fields). Strong organizational and tracking skills. Clear communication and professional demeanor. Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, Excel, ticketing systems).
