




Main Responsibilities 1. Receive, route, and follow up on administrative service requests in the assigned states. 2. Issue purchase requisitions for supplies, materials, and services required for operations. 3. Coordinate with internal departments—including procurement, logistics, regulatory affairs, legal, and administration—to resolve operational requirements. 4. Monitor progress and fulfillment of deliveries, purchases, and requests to ensure service continuity. 5. Follow up on billing processes and collect necessary information for this purpose. 6. Manage administrative reports related to the assigned state or service. 7. Ensure all operational and administrative documentation is complete, up-to-date, and readily available. 8. Serve as the communication channel between headquarters and field operational staff (e.g., supervisors, technicians, operational coordinators). 9. Identify and report deviations, incidents, or risks that may impact the service’s operational or financial flow. 10. Participate in the continuous improvement of internal administrative processes related to the role. ____________________ Job Requirements * Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field. * Experience: o Minimum 1 year in administrative, coordination, or operational management roles. o Preferred experience in service-oriented companies, healthcare, or sectors with decentralized operations. * Technical Knowledge: o Procurement requisitioning and follow-up processes o Internal administrative workflows (billing, logistics, supplies) o Proficiency in Excel and management tools o General knowledge of the healthcare sector (preferred) * Skills and Competencies: o Organization and timely follow-up o Effective communication o Interdepartmental teamwork o Problem-solving ability o Attention to detail o Proactivity and results orientation ____________________ Job Conditions * Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time * Work Location: Headquarters (CDMX) * Remote contact availability with assigned states: High * Hierarchical Level: Operational Administrative Coordination Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
