With an excellent work environment and corporate culture. **We are looking to welcome an EXPERIENCE PRODUCER TRAINEE to our legion** Comprehensively manage assigned BTL projects and events—from planning, logistics, execution, and on-site supervision to administrative closure and final reporting—ensuring high quality, profitability, client satisfaction, and achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support planning, organizing, and implementing medium- to high-complexity events and BTL activations. * Support supervising setups and teardowns, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Support participation in client meetings to understand requirements, define budgets, and ensure effective communication. * Coordinate logistics for materials, transportation, staff, and venues. * Manage permits and legal procedures for events and activations. * Train staff on processes, activation dynamics, and responsibilities. * Lead and supervise teams (assistants, promoters, external coordinators) during executions. * Monitor and report on inventory of materials, giveaways, and tools. * Track and control expenses according to the approved budget. * Resolve unforeseen issues with sound judgment, experience, and real-time responsiveness. * Deliver post\-event reports with analysis of results, redemptions, impacts, and observations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * Budget management and administrative reporting skills. * Knowledge of event logistics and venue scouting. * Proficiency in Excel and project management software. **WE OFFER:** * Net salary * Annual bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM * 1.5-hour lunch break * Work location: One block from Plaza Universidad * Terrace areas for outdoor work * Kitchen areas for food storage, heating, and consumption * Excellent work environment, social gatherings, and internal team-building activities * Hybrid work arrangement * Casual dress code **If you are interested, please apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly.** Employment type: Full-time, Trainee Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $8,400\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Work location: On-site employment
