Job Summary: Distribution analyst responsible for ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in transportation lines to fulfill customer service requirements, mapping available transportation resources and communicating observations for improvement. Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: May 5, 2026 Schedule: 09:00 TO 18:00 Description: POSITION Distribution Analyst OBJECTIVE Visualize the operational approach for fulfilling customer service requirements and achieving effectiveness and efficiency in transportation lines. With support from the provisioning team, map available transportation resources to prevent customer service losses and provide support to internal customers (suppliers, colleagues, departments, etc.) and external customers (accounts). Identify transportation opportunity areas to communicate observations to the procurement department and provide feedback to LTs. FUNCTION Assign transportation unit requests to transportation providers. Confirm to the requester the availability of required units and/or the scheduling of orders. Notify the requester that the transportation provider fulfills the loading appointment on time and as scheduled. Confirm general route details to the transportation provider via email. Generate a transportation assignment report, included in the cargo consolidation report for each account. ACTIVITY Request transportation units via email at least 24 hours prior to the loading appointment, providing the following information: Service Type: Dry, Specialized. Unit Types: Sedan, 1.5 T, 3.5 T, Rabón, Torton, 48- and/or 53-foot box trailer, Double Articulated. Cargo Type: Perishable, Pharmaceutical, Packaging Materials, Documents, Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, Technology. Additional Services: (Specify as needed). Loading and Unloading Points: Origin and Destination. Recipient Information: Name, Phone Number, Email Address. Special Delivery Requirements: Loading and Unloading. Bill of Lading Supplement. Restrictions: Time windows, traffic restrictions, permits, receiving capacity. Loading Appointment Date and Time. Number of Units Required. Cargo Reference Number. Number of Pallets to be Transported.
