Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Safety Officer with experience in safety and hygiene in WINDOWS, ALUMINUM, GLASS to conduct risk analysis, staff training, PPE supervision, inspections, and document management. Responsible for risk analysis and staff training Windows Manufacturing Company Hiring: \-Construction Safety Officer Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety and Hygiene, preferably on WINDOWS, ALUMINUM, GLASS construction sites (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of safety regulations: a. STPS NOMs * SEMARNAT * Civil Protection * First aid * Firefighting * Evacuation procedures * Work at heights * Experience supervising personnel on construction sites * Handling and control of safety documentation Main Responsibilities: 1\. Risk Analysis: Develop the risk matrix and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for each high-risk activity (e.g., work at heights). 2\. Training: Deliver daily safety talks (typically 5–10 minutes) and train staff on proper use of equipment and emergency protocols. 3\. PPE Supervision: Ensure all personnel wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as helmets, harnesses, steel-toed boots, and safety goggles. 4\. Inspections and Patrols: Conduct safety patrols to identify unsafe acts or conditions and generate patrol reports with corrective actions. 5\.
