This position is part of a finance team that drives strategic decisions through analysis, control, and anticipation of spend. In a context of high cost volatility and pressure for efficiency, the person in this role has a direct impact on business profitability and sustainability, managing a category representing approximately **55% of total material spend**. The role combines deep financial analysis with strong operational interaction, ensuring information is reliable, timely, and actionable for decision-making. **Key Contributions** * Financial analysis and detailed tracking of milk spend. * Milk costing in SAP and validation of accounting entries. * Preparation of spend forecasts and variance analysis. * Requesting, controlling, and ensuring accurate accounting records. * Reviewing and approving purchase orders (POs) to ensure alignment with budget. * Strengthening financial control over the business’s largest spend category.
