Hybrid work model with focus on remote work Technical Lead Hybrid in CDMX (primarily remote) ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE IN BANKING Responsible for delivering technical analysis and system integration, detailing definitions with other applications involving direct interaction Collaborates with the Solution Analyst to ensure the team understands user requirements Provides necessary information considering identified Information Security requirements Performs software design considering the E2E solution, aligning with Solution Analysts from conception through production deployment and feature delivery to the customer Ensures interaction with the design of other participating applications in the features within Confluence Ensures adherence to technical quality standards for features executed across Confluence sites Develops technological strategy based on BoW as well as application requirements (CSIs S016, S264 and S500) in Jira Documents and incorporates design diagrams (e.g., relationship diagrams, component diagrams), ensuring communication and security protocols are specified according to the technology stack, and links them to backlog items in JIRA Decomposes Product Backlog functionalities aligned with the identified technological solution together with the Product Owner and Solution Analyst in JIRA Technically refines and updates Product Backlog epics and user stories together with the Product Owner, Solution Analyst, and Developers when required and as part of Sprint events Resolves specific questions from the team to ensure understanding of proposed technological functionalities and their correct operation During feature planning, execution, and release, synchronizes with the team, considering application interactions documented in generated documentation Makes visible any blockers/dependencies and technical constraints both within and outside the team, seeking resolution in coordination with other technical roles Collaborates with the QA Lead to ensure alignment and documentation of the technical solution and test strategy (JIRA, Confluence) · Tools Jira, Confluence, diagramming tools, ServiceNow, AML, KYC · ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE IN BANKING. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Keywords: head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
