Preparation of safety, hygiene, and environmental reports Job Description: Education: Related Engineering Degree / Technical Degree Industry: Vertical Construction Experience: Minimum 1 year Knowledge: Applicable regulatory framework (STPS) Basic first aid knowledge Knowledge of safety systems Management of safety files Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills: Organization Proactivity Leadership Teamwork Effective communication Analysis Interdepartmental collaboration Main Responsibilities: Identify, assess, and control risks associated with activities. Assist the Safety Supervisor in field tasks (e.g., signage placement, basic activity supervision, supporting talks with operational staff). Supervise safety, hygiene, environmental, and civil protection conditions at the construction project. Comply with the organization’s internal requirements and protocols. Train and inform operational staff about risks and safety measures related to productive activities. Prepare, manage, train on, and monitor the organization’s emergency plan and emergency brigades. Prepare reports on: Safety, Hygiene, Environment, Civil Protection, and IMSS, as required by the project. Cover assigned projects (temporarily or permanently), carried out via assignment and following instructions from the Safety and Hygiene Coordination. Train operational staff by developing and implementing the monthly POE training program. Provide immediate, high-quality assistance to personnel involved in accidents, following the organization’s protocol. Prepare a written daily activity report. Keep safety system-required files, documentation, and reports up to date. Pass the examination required for hiring. Employment references are required.
