Your primary mission will be to maximize each team’s productivity by leading effectively and ensuring optimal operational management to achieve outstanding results. What will you do on a daily basis? Operational Management: Develop strategies to optimize call center operations and respond efficiently to customer requests. Analytics and Reporting: Continuously monitor operations through dashboards and analytical tools, preparing performance reports on metrics and KPIs. Team Leadership: Design and implement training plans, ensuring adherence to the KPIs established for your team. Problem Resolution: Escalate and manage service incidents effectively, delivering detailed reports to both the client and the Call Center Manager. What are we looking for? Essential Experience: Proven track record as a Call Center Supervisor or Leader in delinquent collections campaigns (high default rates). Analytical Skills: Strong command of call center metrics (ASA, conversion rate, contactability, etc.) and ability to interpret control dashboards.
