The candidate must be able to map the complete ecosystem of stakeholders and identify secondary areas or processes consuming information from these systems to ensure no hidden dependencies exist. Banking Domain: Solid banking experience Knowledge of processes and their improvement Analytical Capability: Specialist in As-Is assessment, stakeholder mapping (Interest/Power Matrix), and identification of inter-departmental dependencies (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.). Research Skills: Proactive profile capable of conducting discovery interviews, shadowing, and analyzing data outputs/reporting feeding other departments.
