We are looking for: Store Manager (Assistant Store Manager) Requirements: Education: High school diploma or technical degree. Experience: 1–2 years in similar positions or specialized sales. Basic knowledge of or interest in electronics. Office software suite. Intermediate Excel skills. Point-of-sale (POS) system experience. Skills: • Supervise product entry into the system to generate sales receipts. • Supervise loading and unloading of merchandise, ensuring products are delivered in good condition to customers and internally stored according to the system and purchase orders. • Supervise and track merchandise (POs – Purchase Orders). • Manage, supervise, and follow up on the customer portfolio. • Resolve incidents, returns, and complaints. • Prepare administrative and sales reports. • Ensure compliance with the company’s internal regulations. • Provide customer service and product advisory support. • Meet and monitor sales targets and KPI indicators.
