Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise physical, operational, and AVSEC security; manage incidents; and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-control environment. Training of operational staff on security topics REQUIREMENTS High school diploma (Mandatory) Preferred: Technical degree in Security, Civil Protection, or Criminology **Experience** 2–3 years in physical, corporate and/or airport security, logistics, or high-control enterprises. Experience supervising operational staff. **Technical Knowledge** AVSEC Level 11 (verifiable). CCTV system operation. Cargo inspection protocols. Chain of custody procedures. Report and internal investigation writing. Incident management. Activities: **Physical Security:** Supervise security guards, patrols, access control, and CCTV systems at SCM facilities. Implement and verify access controls for staff, suppliers, and visitors. Validate proper operation of electronic systems (CCTV, sensors, access controls). **AVSEC:** Ensure compliance with corporate AVSEC procedures. Verify physical cargo inspections, sealing, and safeguarding prior to delivery. Ensure supply chain integrity up to ramp delivery. Coordinate specific controls: random inspections; control of knives, scissors, and sharp or pointed objects; key control, restricted access, and lockers. **Administrative:** Maintain records of forms, logs, checklists, daily reports, and incident reports. Train and reinforce security topics with operational staff.
