Opportunity for growth INDUSTRIAL SAFETY ANALYST Job Objective: Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and risk prevention standards within the plant, promoting a safe working environment for all operational and administrative personnel. Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety and Hygiene, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial safety within manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of STPS regulations. * Experience in safety inspections, risk analysis, and incident investigations. * Proficiency in managing emergency response teams, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety programs. * Desired experience in carpentry, metal-mechanics, painting, and assembly areas. Responsibilities: * Identify, assess, and control risks at the plant. * Conduct safety inspections and patrols. * Monitor compliance with standards and procedures. * Investigate accidents and incidents and implement preventive actions. * Train personnel on safety and hygiene topics. * Supervise proper use of PPE. * Coordinate civil protection drills, emergency response teams, and safety programs. * Prepare safety reports and indicators.
